  1. Service Agreement: By availing of our services, you enter into a service agreement with UrVistara. This agreement outlines the scope, terms, and conditions of the services to be provided. It is essential to review and understand the service agreement to ensure clarity and alignment of expectations.
  2. Payment and Invoicing: Clients are responsible for the payment of services in accordance with the terms specified in the service agreement. Invoices will be provided as agreed upon. Payments must be made within the stipulated time frame.
  3. Service Modifications: UrVistara retains the right to modify or update the services provided. Any changes in the scope or terms of services will be communicated to the client in advance. The client must agree to these changes in writing to proceed.
  4. Delivery Schedule: UrVistara is committed to delivering services within the agreed-upon time frame. The delivery schedule will be outlined in the service agreement. If any extensions are required due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will be duly informed.
  5. Feedback and Communication: Effective communication is crucial to the success of our services. Clients are encouraged to provide feedback, raise concerns, or seek clarifications as needed during the service delivery process. UrVistara will respond promptly and professionally.
  6. Confidentiality: UrVistara respects the confidentiality of client information and the details of the services provided. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information exchanged during the service delivery process.
  7. Intellectual Property: Any intellectual property developed or used in the course of service delivery, including but not limited to content, reports, and materials, will remain the property of UrVistara. Clients may use these materials for their intended purpose but may not reproduce, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
  8. Service Completion: Upon the successful completion of services, clients will receive a completion report or confirmation. This document will serve as evidence of the service’s fulfillment.
  9. Payment Disputes: In case of disputes regarding payments or service quality, clients are encouraged to contact UrVistara’s customer support team promptly. We will make every effort to resolve the issue amicably and professionally.
  10. Termination of Services: Services may be terminated by either party in accordance with the terms outlined in the service agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for any outstanding payments as per the agreement.
  11. Force Majeure: UrVistara will not be liable for any delay or failure in service delivery due to events beyond our control, such as acts of nature, government regulations, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, UrVistara will make every effort to minimize disruption and reschedule services.
  12. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions for Service Delivery are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, India.

Services Delivery Norms:

  • All services will be delivered as agreed and as discussed with the students, individuals, employees, graduates, and freshers.
  • No changes are accepted unless approved by the company and support team. Modifications may be charged as per company norms.
  • All payments must be completed within 30 days, and if services have consolidated terms, the payments must be completed 100% before work can proceed.
  • Delivery time is as discussed, but all deliveries will be completed within 30 days from acceptance. Based on the selected service, the development and support team may extend it by 7-10 days after informing the customers.
  • All order confirmations will be given on a call by the support team. Once they give confirmation, the customers have to pay a minimum of 30% of the due amount as an advance before starting the work. This advance is included in the total due.
  • Once the company receives the advance, the user will receive their user credentials within 4-5 days.

UrVistara Placement Services

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “the Terms”) govern the use of the Placement and Career Services (hereinafter referred to as “the Services”) provided by UrVistara also RJ Global Solutions, (hereinafter referred to as “the Company,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing and using the Services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.

Terms to Follow:

Our Placement and Career Services aim to provide you with valuable assistance in your career development. These services include, but are not limited to:

  1. Career Guidance: We will work closely with you to identify the most suitable career opportunities, define your value proposition, outline a career path, and help you prepare for interviews, find job openings, and negotiate salaries.
  2. Recruitment Drive: We connect you with potential employers and provide access to a wide range of job opportunities. You can also participate in group projects and challenges with opportunities for rewards.
  3. Face-to-Face Mentoring Sessions: You will receive personalized career advice through sessions with experienced professionals, personalized feedback on assignments and case studies, and support for academic and career-related queries. Our industry mentors, teaching assistants, and graders will guide you to become interview-ready.
  4. Eligibility: To access our Services, you must meet the eligibility criteria set by the Company.
  5. Payment Policy: We offer a specific payment structure for our Services, which includes an initial payment of min 25-30%. Additional payment terms may apply for specific services, as communicated by the Company. Please note that all payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
  6. Document Verification: You are required to submit authentic and unaltered documents, including educational transcripts, work experience records, payslips, and identification documents. The submission of fraudulent or altered documents is strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification from our Services.
  7. Placement Process: The placement process involves the submission of necessary documents, payment of fees, and participation in assessments, interviews, or other evaluations as determined by the Company. We do guarantee job placement but will make reasonable efforts to connect you with suitable job opportunities, In any circumstances we failed to place you in the job you will get the refund after deducting the platform fees to not discourage the Mentors, Professionals who involved in your training.
  8. Commitment to Candidates: We are committed to assisting you in achieving your career goals, providing support in various aspects of career development, including placement, portifolio buildig with projects andcase studies, interview preparation, job searches, and resume building, recomendations and community support.
  9. Disqualification: You may be disqualified from our Services for reasons including document fraud, non-compliance with payment terms, or any other violations of these Terms.
  10. Review and Feedback: You will receive feedback, reviews, and personalized guidance through sessions with mentors, teaching assistants, graders, and other relevant parties.
  11. Privacy and Data Protection: We respect your privacy and comply with all relevant data protection regulations. The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, accessible on our website.
  12. Termination of Services: We reserve the right to terminate our Services under various circumstances, including non-compliance with these Terms or at your request. But should met all terms and conditions.

Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Our referral program allows you to earn rewards by referring our services to your network and encouraging them to become our valued customers. These Referral Program Terms and Conditions detail the rules, norms, and expectations for your participation.

Terms to Follow:

By participating in the UrVistara Referral Program, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Eligibility: To participate in the Referral Program, you must be an existing customer or user of UrVistara. And you must comply with our general Terms and Conditions.
  2. Referral Process: Each referral must initiate their payment for the selected services for it to be considered a referral and you can refer individuals who are not current customers of UrVistara.
  3. Reward Payment: Referred individuals will receive their rewards within 7 days from the date when their referral becomes a paying customer. If the referral does not complete their payment, or if they claim a refund or cancel the services, the referred person will not receive a reward.
  4. Referral Collection: All referrals will be collected through conversations and online forms. As of now, we do not have a referral code system in place.
  5. Reward Payments: We process referral reward payments twice a month. The specific reward amount you receive is based on UrVistara’s terms and any offers available during short-term promotions, festivals, or special occasions. During promotional offers, the referral reward may not exceed than usual times.
  6. Compliance: All participants must comply with these Referral Program Terms and Conditions. Any attempts to manipulate or exploit the program are strictly prohibited.

To ensure a fair and positive experience for all participants, we’ve established some norms that you should adhere to:

  1. Honesty and Integrity: Engage in honest and ethical practices when referring individuals to UrVistara. Do not engage in misleading, fraudulent, or dishonest behavior.
  2. Respect: Treat the individuals you refer with respect and professionalism. Do not engage in any harassing or disrespectful behavior.
  3. Appropriate Content: Do not promote or share illegal or harmful content in the referral process. Respect the intellectual property rights of others.
  4. Compliance with Laws: Comply with all applicable laws and regulations during the referral process.
  5. Fair Play: Do not attempt to manipulate or exploit the Referral Program or engage in any unfair practices. Participate in a fair and respectful manner.
  6. Reporting Violations: If you encounter any violations of these Terms and Conditions, please report them to UrVistara immediately.

Basic Rules to Follow:

  • Each referral must initiate their payment for the selected services then only it will be considered as a referral.
  • Referred person will get paid within 7 days from the date of their referral becoming a customer.
  • If the referral does not pay or claims a refund or cancellation for the services, the referred person will not receive payment.
  • All referrals will be collected only through conversations and online forms. We don’t have any referral code system as of now.
  • All referral reward payments will be made twice a month.
  • For every successful referral, we pay based on company terms and the offers during short offers and festivals. During offers, the referral reward may not exceed as rewarded during noral times.

UrVistara reserves the right to investigate and take action against any participants who violate these Referral Program Terms and Conditions, including the suspension or termination of participation and withholding of rewards.

Campus Ambassador Program Terms and Conditions

The UrVistara Campus Ambassador Program is a unique opportunity for college students and young enthusiasts to represent UrVistara within their college campuses and local communities. As a Campus Ambassador, you will act as the face of UrVistara, sharing information about our services, engaging with your peers, and helping us create a strong presence on your campus.

Terms to Follow:

By participating in the Campus Ambassador Program, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Eligibility: You must be a currently enrolled college student to participate in the program and should have a strong enthusiasm for our services and a willingness to promote them.
  2. Roles and Responsibilities:
    • You are responsible for promoting UrVistara services on your college campus and among your peers.
    • Act as a liaison between UrVistara and your college by organizing and participating in promotional events.
    • Create and share content related to UrVistara on your social media platforms.
    • Provide valuable feedback and insights to help us improve our services and marketing strategies.
  3. Compensation: Compensation details will be provided in the specific offer letter extended to you when you join the program and be in the form of financial incentives, discounts, or other rewards as mentioned in your offer letter.
  4. Non-Disclosure: As a Campus Ambassador, you may have access to certain non-public information about UrVistara. You agree not to disclose any confidential or proprietary information to external parties.
  5. Compliance: You are expected to represent UrVistara in a positive and professional manner and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while promoting our services.

Campus Ambassador Norms:

To maintain the integrity of the Campus Ambassador Program and the UrVistara brand, we have established the following norms:

  1. Honesty and Transparency: Be honest and transparent in all your interactions. Do not make false claims or misrepresent UrVistara services.
  2. Respect: Treat all individuals with respect and courtesy, including your peers and UrVistara team members.
  3. Intellectual Property: Respect intellectual property rights. Do not use copyrighted material without proper authorization.
  4. Compliance: Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations, both online and offline.
  5. Feedback: Provide constructive feedback and suggestions to help us improve our services and the Campus Ambassador Program.

  1. Eligibility: Participation in the UrVistara Awards and Rewards Program is open to all registered users who meet the following criteria:
    • Must be a registered user of the UrVistara platform.
    • Must comply with the UrVistara platform’s Terms and Conditions and any additional terms specified in this document.
  2. Submission of Ideas: To be considered for awards and rewards, participants must submit their ideas through the designated channels provided by UrVistara. Ideas must adhere to the program’s theme and guidelines, which will be communicated to participants.
  3. Originality: All ideas submitted must be original work created by the participant. Plagiarism or the submission of ideas created by others will result in disqualification.

  • To empower every participant, we duly sign a truth board agreement where we truthfully give judgments.
  • Once the participant is enrolled, their presentation will be reviewed within 7 business days. After acceptance, our team will check the source to ensure it doesn’t have any effects of non-compliance.
  • If the presentation meets the participation terms, the participant will be officially invited to the forum at the time of the event.
  • There will be no refund for any events or participation. By participating in any events or programs, you are agreeing to all terms and conditions.
  • The final decision will be in the jury’s hands, and we always follow strict rules when selecting any applicant for any program.

No Cancellation or Termination:

Once services are purchased, they cannot be cancelled or terminated during the effective period. If the services are purchased it should comply with the Terms, Refund policies as agreed at the time of purchase.

Severability:
