UrVistara Refund and Cancellation Policy
Please note that capitalized terms used but not defined herein have the meanings assigned to them under the Terms of Use governing your use of our website www.UrVistara.com (referred to as the “Website”) and our mobile application, ‘UrVistara’ (referred to as the “Web App”). Together, the Website and the App are collectively referred to as the “Platform.”
Customer Cancellation:
- General Rule: Orders, Subscriptions, and purchases cannot be canceled once placed.
- Cancellation within 1 Day: Customers can cancel within one day, but UrVistara may deny refunds based on the customer’s cancellation history.
- Post-1 Day Cancellation: A 100% penalty of the order/subscription amount will be charged as compensation for incurred costs (covering support and development efforts).
Non-Customer Cancellation:
- Reasons for Cancellation: UrVistara reserves the right to collect a penalty for cancellations caused by customer errors such as incorrect details, failure to provide information, or unavailability of services.
- Refunds: If services are unavailable, a full refund (up to 100%) may be granted.
- No Penalty for UrVistara’s Responsibility: No penalty if UrVistara or its team cancels the order/subscription.
Specific Cancellation for Project Development, Technical Services, and Events:
- Non-cancellable Orders: Orders/subscriptions are typically non-cancellable unless specific conditions are met (e.g., failure to deliver by the estimated date or cancellation by the support team).
- Refunds: Refunds for prepaid services may be processed with a deduction of penalties.
- Refund Process: Refund timelines vary by payment method, typically between 5-20 business days.
Cancellation for Platform Use (Career Services):
- Cancellation Fee: Cancellations may incur a fee of 100% of the order/subscription amount.
- Refunds: Prepaid refunds are available, but penalties may apply.
Advance Payment Cancellation:
- Before Work Commences: A cancellation fee of 25-30% applies.
- After Work Commences: The full service fee is charged, or the first payment amount is retained.
Important Notes:
- Verification: Customers should verify all orders/details before confirming, as post-confirmation cancellations are not allowed.
- Spurious Services: UrVistara disclaims responsibility for unauthorized or faulty services provided by the Support Team.
Right to Reject and Terminate:
UrVistara reserves the absolute and sole discretion and right to accept or reject any request for a change in batch and/or adjustment. In cases of code of conduct violations or other exceptional circumstances, UrVistara has the absolute discretion and right to refuse service or terminate any participant from attending further sessions.
Refund Abuse Restrictions:
UrVistara reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to limit or deny refund requests in cases where we believe there is refund abuse, including but not limited to the following:
– A significant portion of the course has been consumed or downloaded by a student before the refund was requested.
– Multiple refunds have been requested by a student for the same course.
– Excessive refunds have been requested by a student.
– Users who have their account banned or course access disabled due to a violation of our Terms will not be eligible to receive a refund.
– We do not grant refunds for any subscription services after 7 days.
These refund restrictions will be enforced to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Refund Process:
Refund amounts will be credited to the Customer’s account based on their chosen payment method. The estimated timelines for various payment methods are as follows:

-If paid via offline: 30 Business Days
-If paid via Net Banking: 15-20 Business Days
-If paid via Debit/Credit Cards: 15-20 Business Days
-If paid via UPI: 10-15 Days
-If paid via Amazon Pay (Wallet): 15-20 Business Days
-If paid via Amazon Pay (CC/DC/NB): 5-7 Business Days
-If paid via Phone Pe (Wallet): 15-20 Business Days
-If paid via Phone Pe (CC/DC/NB): 15-20 Business Days
-If paid via Wallets (Paytm/Mobikwik/Freecharge): 10-15 Business Days
-If paid via Lazy Pay: 10-15 Days
-If paid via Sodexo: 15-20 Business Days
Delivery-Related Issues:
In case of payment at the time of delivery, Customers will not be required to pay for:
-Orders where packaging is tampered or damaged at the time of delivery.
-Wrong Orders being delivered.
-Requested services missing from Customer’s Orders at the time of delivery.
These issues must be communicated to UrVistara Customer Care through the Platform before the Orders are marked as delivered.
